About Michael Pfeil, FNP-C
Placing Family Values at the Heart of Healthcare
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Michael Pfeil has built a career on a passion for helping people and solving problems. Starting as an EMT, he quickly realized a deep calling to care for others, leading to an Associate Degree in Nursing from Victoria College in 2006, followed by Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2011. Michael Pfeil continued to advance in the field of nursing obtaining his Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in 2017.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked in a variety of settings, including urgent care, emergency rooms, and family practice, gaining invaluable experience in patient care across multiple specialties. With a commitment to offering more than just standard medical treatment, he opened MHK Family Practice to create a practice where people are treated differently—a place where the focus is squarely on the patient, not corporate interests.
At MHK Family Practice, we embrace an old-school, small-town mentality: we take the time to get to know our patients and treat them like family.
